The delicate brim should be handled with care. Always remove any hat by gently pinching the front brim only, never the hats crown. To maintain its shape and longevity, air it out after each wear and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

All our felts are preshrunk during the blocking stage to avoid later shrinking as much as possible. All our fur felts are pounced to a smooth finish and a coating of protector is applied to prolong its resistance to the elements.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination country. Delivery typically takes 2 - 4 working days within the UK and 3 - 5 working days internationally excluding lead times, subject to customs clearance. VAT is included for domestic orders. International duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout.
